Q: How soon will I receive my YFull interpretation?

A: On February 12, 2018 YFull announced that it was changing from processing orders in batches in favor of the individual processing of orders. The purpose of the change is to speed up the availability of interpretation results.

You can follow the status of your order by using the My orders tab on your account home page. Certain parts of the YFull interpretation will be available within a few days after placement of your order and other parts of the interpretation are delivered at the time of the next update of the YTree.
